This Policy applies to your use of Decision Twin on Apple platforms. Some features may require permissions or sign-in. If you choose not to grant a permission or not to sign in, certain features may be unavailable or limited.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the App, we may collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive authentication-related information needed to create and maintain your account session (such as a user identifier and, where provided by the identity provider, your name or email).
• App content you create: Investment decisions, holdings/positions, notes, and related local records you enter in the App.
• Market data requests: Symbols and related market queries you request (for example quotes or historical prices) so the App can display market information.
• Device and app information: Basic technical data such as device type, operating system version, and app version.
• Usage and analytics data: Event-level product analytics (for example feature usage, screen views, and session information) used to understand how the App is used and to improve it.
• Preferences: Settings stored on your device, such as language preference and review-prompt preferences.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

• Provide core App features, including recording decisions, tracking holdings, and showing parallel decision paths
• Authenticate your account and keep you signed in
• Fetch and display market data you request
• Analyze product usage to improve reliability, usability, and features
• Respond to support requests and protect the security of the App
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

5. Sign-In and Account Services

Sign-in is provided through Apple Sign In and/or Google Sign-In, and account session handling is powered by Supabase authentication. These services process authentication data according to their own privacy policies. We use this information to identify your account session and support future account-related features.

6. Market Data Services

To show quotes and historical market charts, the App sends symbol/period requests to our market-data service infrastructure. These requests are used to return market information to the App. Please do not include sensitive personal notes in symbol fields or other fields not intended for personal data.

7. Analytics

We use Amplitude to collect product analytics events that help us understand App usage (for example whether key screens are opened or core actions are completed). Analytics data may include a user identifier after sign-in and event properties related to feature usage. We do not use analytics to sell your personal information.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in these cases:

• With service providers that help us operate the App (for example authentication, analytics, and market-data infrastructure), under appropriate contractual and technical safeguards
• When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request
• To protect the rights, safety, or integrity of users, the App, or others
• With your direction or explicit consent

The App may rely on the following third-party services:

• Apple App Store: app distribution and platform services
• Sign in with Apple: optional authentication
• Google Sign-In: optional authentication
• Supabase: authentication / account session services
• Amplitude: product analytics
• Market data providers / infrastructure: quotes and historical price data used by the App

Each third party processes data under its own terms and privacy policy. We encourage you to review those policies.

Local App content remains on your device until you delete it in the App or remove the App. Account/authentication and analytics data retained by our service providers is kept only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer period is required by law.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

• Access personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of personal information
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
• Object to or restrict certain processing activities

You can delete local decisions/holdings in the App, sign out of your account, and uninstall the App. For account or analytics-related requests, contact us using the email below.

13. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.

14. International Processing

Your information may be processed in countries where we or our service providers operate. Those countries may have data-protection laws different from those in your jurisdiction.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the App or other reasonable channels.
